Callie (RisingStar Diamond in the Ruff) came to us from Linda and Sarah Bowdish of RisingStar Aussies in Springville, NY. Our red merle girl was our first Aussie and has been an absolute pleasure to have with us. She has 6 points towards her AKC Championship and finished 3rd in the Open Red Merle Bitch class at the 2007 ASCA National Specialty, in Sussex County, New Jersey.
In the summer of 2008, Callie retired from showing, and now spends her days herding the Havanese and guarding the backyard from all intruders.
Friendly, loving, and absolutely dying to please us, Callie loves all aspects of family life. She loves playing ball, and is totally dominant over the other Aussies when she's tearing around the yard after her ball. If we had to describe Callie in just a couple of words, it would be "undying loyalty."
